I contacted Smart Electricians to look at some work I needed doing as part of a bathroom renovation project that was in progress at my home. They were more than accomodating with my request and even managed to visit my property the same day.Their input was invaluable. They showed clear understanding of my requirements while providing professional guidance due to my limited understanding. They installed the first fix wiring with ease. They also showed great respect to my home, ensuring all work was neatly done and cleaning the workspace as they progressed.The overall experience was professional, positive and friendly. I felt comfortable with the team in my home and was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. I won't be using anybody else in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a professional electrical service.Thanks Rob and Brad for providing such a quality, friendly and professional service. I'll be in touch again soon for some more work that I'm planning in the near future (it never seems to end!).

I would have to write a short essay to effectively convey how impressed and satisfied I am with the service I recently received from Smart Electricians during a recent emergency. Rob initially spent several hours on two separate emergency call-outs ensuring our supply was safe and then he and Steve conducted a thorough investigation in order to diagnose the problems. Everything was explained throughout and the guys were attentive, polite and friendly whilst maintaining the utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble. Steve returned at a later date to replace the fuse box and once again I was impressed by his skill and professionalism. I would not hesitate in recommending Smart Electricians in any event. We would highly recommend Rob and the Smart Electricians team for any electrical work. Having met Rob at a networking event we know him pretty well and when we purchased our first property a few months back we knew we wanted to use him for the electrical work the house needed. It was important to us to choose a company with a good reputation and one that we could trust. As we had just bought the property (and the previous owner had done a lot of his own DIY work including the electrics) Rob recommended an EICR report for complete peace of mind. Rob promptly came out to quote for the work and was able to book us in within a few weeks. We trusted him and were happy to let him work on our property while we were away on holiday as we had full confidence in the work he was doing. We were excited to come back and see everything done as we had hoped and Rob followed up with a call to explain everything he had found. The price was fair and the service excellent. We would happily recommend Smart Electricians and use their services again.

Rob and the team were professional from the start, they were able to work with our schedule and always confirmed a few days before that we are still on track and that they are still coming to the job.
