Email us and with your enquiry or use our contact us page to give us a brief (or detailed) description of the works you need undertaking.
Our team will be in touch to give you a estimate over the phone or organise a survey of the work, if its a quotation for a full rewire we will direct you to our online rewire calculator for you to create your own bespoke rewire package.
You would then get booked into our system for the next available allocation or book in you in for a quotation.
Our team are ready to take your calls and bookings for a variety of services such as Commercial works, Full and partial rewires, Consumer unit upgrades, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) & minor works and call outs. Once our team has taken some details our survey engineers will be in touch to book the work in or organise a quotation.
Job or quotation booking.
So that appointments don’t get missed once you have made the booking you will receive a confirmation text message or email and a further reminder in the days leading up to your booking, we will even send you a text when we are on our way to your location. You will also receive instructions on how to cancel or rearrange a booking should you need too.

Once our you have been issued with the quotation you get the opportunity to sign our terms and condition and approve the quotation online. Quotations are issued over the phone or via email. Should the quotation be over £500 a deposit will be required to secure a date for works to commence.
On the day of the works.
By the day of the works are to be undertaken you will have been notified and reminded of your appointment. We will send a text when we are on the way to your property.
Our engineers are just as organised and systemised as the rest of the team so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you have professional in your home or workplace. We will keep you informed and up to date with all progress and out come of works. Due to the nature of electrical work there can sometimes be additional cost to bring the installation to meet safety standard, we will never commence any additional works without notifying our customers of the additional costs.
On completion of work we will complete any relevant certification and issue you with any relevant information, All electrical certification will be received in a digital pdf format so you can easily share the documents with your, estate agents, letting agents or building inspectors.
