I wanted a couple of changes to the switching arrangements in my hall/landing and in my bedroom. Rob was extremely helpfull regarding price (which was very fair) and keeping me very well informed of the time and date of the work to be done, with regular reminders. No pictures as all work done is behind the cabinets or wall. But I was impressed by the planning and execution of the wiring up of my induction hob, which based on 2 sessions of cooking clearly works a treat. No wasted heat and gas, and very fast. If we need anything else doing we know who to contact.

They provided a great service all of the way through and did a great job. They were also consistently approachable and reassuring. Rob & his team were brilliant from start to finish and provided a proffessional and top quality full rewire of our home - our inicial consultation was swift (same day I called) & the quote accurate. The rewire was carried out over 5 days (we moved out for the week so they had full access) and we came back to a tidy home with new sockers and pendants galore. Needed my house rewiring before I moved in. Called on Thursday, got a quote the same day. Came out on the Saturday to mark up the work in each room. Then the team started Monday and finished Friday. We fell lucky as they had an unexpected gap but even so the work was still of good quality and done in time for us to move in.You get a discount for having a property that is unfurnished and un lived in

Another good job completed for me. 2 security lights were replaced and brought up to current standards. Owen is friendly and knowledgeable and looked for the best solution to the upgrade. Rob installed and wired in a new hob, light fitting and under unit lights for us. Right from our first contact, I have been really pleased with the service, as we were able to liaise with him beforehand about which appliances would be best; nothing was too much effort for him. Every step of the way, Rob has been so helpful and polite and was able to get our jobs done really quickly. I am so pleased with the results, especially the under unit lights in the kitchen that Rob made a bespoke setting for (due to one cabinet being there to conceal the boiler). It looks fantastic and booking him in to do it was the easiest thing in the world. We had several issues with our shower and after having a previous electrician come out and not sort the issue. We got in contact with Rob and he rang us straight back and came out the next day. He checked we were happy for him to do so and came appropriately protected with mask and gloves.He was extremely honest and solved the problem for us. Initially we purchased a faulty shower unit which he fitted but we then discovered it was faulty, he was incredibly helpful and we ordered another and he came straight back out to us as soon as we had it in. We can't fault his service and if we ever need an electrician in the future we would definitely use again. Would recommend to anyone. Cheers Rob.

Can't recommend Rob and his team enough. We've had a full rewire done on our new (to us!) house, and throughout the entire process, Rob and his guys have been fantastic. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, nor were they the most expensive, but it was Rob's attention to detail and care for a job-well-done that swung our decision (after all, a rewire isn't cheap - you want to know you're leaving your house in good hands!)Initially, Rob guided us through what would need to be done, and very patiently (actually, the man has the patience of a saint, what with our dithering and indecision around hallway light switch configurations) spent a good number of hours with us planning out sockets, switches, and a few other bits and bobs, and shared a bunch of invaluable advice with us. We had a few other contractors booked in to do other work to the house, and when dates for those other works were changed, Rob was kind enough to accommodate our changing schedule and do the rewire in a few stages.The rewire process, whilst expectedly messy (so much dust!), was carried out smoothly and efficiently, with Rob keeping us up to date on progress and checking in with us when there were a few different options. His team always cleaned up at the end of each day, which was super helpful, and have put everything back as it was. Along the way, a few assumptions were made, but Rob has always been happy to make adjustments.Being one of the first tradesmen we found to do work on our house as first-time buyers, we couldn't be happier with what's been done - Rob and his team will always be our first port of call for any future work.

He was able to fit us in at short notice as we wanted the work done before we moved in, and the team managed to make adjustments to work around a builder we needed when we found out what the house was reeaally like (why is it you only find these things after you've got the keys)!He kept us informed at all stages in the process, making suggestions of how we could make things easier and future proofing the rewire to accommodate our plans for the house in the future, including running cabling and making circuits that will be needed when we do a loft conversion and extension.
